1. Client Galleries
- Galleries are provided for your personal use.
- Login details are issued directly to you and should not be shared without your permission.
- Rhodes Photography is not responsible for any unauthorized access if you share your login details with others.
2. Photo Usage
- All photographs remain the copyright of Rhodes Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may download and use your photographs for personal use.
- Commercial use, resale, or distribution of photographs without prior written consent is not permitted.
3. Gallery Availability
- Client galleries are made available for a set period of time, as communicated to you when your gallery is created.
- We aim to keep galleries accessible during that period, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
- Once the allotted time has passed, galleries may be removed without further notice.
4. Security
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- If you believe your login has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
